About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute the commercial strategy, making agreements based on market analysis to maximize the profitability of the retail sales area;
  • Conduct market research, identifying competitor actions to support the company's strategic positioning;
  • Identify customer profiles within the service station network, enabling application of the retail strategy and franchise implementation;
  • Negotiate with customers for contract signing and/or renewals, ensuring expansion of the station network;
  • Apply commercial strategies and policies to maximize sales volume and margin, ensuring the network's best performance;
  • Monitor franchise performance, implementing retail initiatives to boost revenue;
  • Provide commercial support to the service station customer portfolio, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty;
  • Support the development and implementation of new products for strategic customers, in coordination with the Products area;
  • Prospect new retail customers, expanding the portfolio and strengthening the company's market presence;
  • Support the placement of new products and services in retail, ensuring internal targets are met.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Reside in Franca (SP) or nearby regions;
  • Valid Category B driver's license (CNH);
  • Availability to travel;
  • Bachelor's degree in commercial management, business administration, economics, marketing, or engineering (postgraduate degree is a plus);
  • Basic knowledge of financial mathematics;
  • Mobility and willingness to relocate;
  • Basic knowledge of Salesforce CRM;
  • Basic knowledge of SAP;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office;
  • Commercial experience servicing key accounts.
