About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute the commercial strategy by negotiating agreements based on market analysis to maximize the profitability of the retail sales area;
- Conduct market research, identifying competitor actions to support the company's strategic positioning;
- Identify customer profiles within the fuel station network to enable the application of the retail strategy and franchise rollouts;
- Negotiate with clients for contract signings and/or renewals, ensuring expansion of the station network;
- Apply commercial strategies and policies to maximize sales volume and margin, ensuring optimal network performance;
- Monitor franchise performance and implement retail initiatives to boost revenue;
- Provide commercial support to the fuel station customer portfolio, ensuring satisfaction and retention;
- Support the development and implementation of new products for strategic clients in coordination with the Products area;
- Prospect new retail clients, expanding the portfolio and strengthening the company's market presence;
- Support the rollout of new retail products and services, ensuring internal targets are met.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Residency in Brasília (Federal District) or nearby regions;
- Valid driver's license (CNH) – Category B;
- Availability to travel;
- Bachelor's degree completed in Commercial Management, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or Engineering (postgraduate degree is a plus);
- Working knowledge of financial mathematics;
- Mobility and willingness to relocate;
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM;
- Familiarity with SAP;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office;
- Commercial experience serving key accounts (large accounts).
