About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute the commercial strategy, making agreements based on market analyses to maximize the profitability of the retail sales area;
  • Conduct market research, identifying competitor actions to support the company’s strategic positioning;
  • Identify customer profiles within the fuel station network, enabling the application of retail strategy and the rollout of franchises;
  • Negotiate with customers for contract engagement and/or renewal, ensuring expansion of the station network;
  • Apply commercial strategies and policies to maximize sales volume and margins, ensuring the network’s best performance;
  • Monitor franchise performance, implementing retail initiatives to increase revenue;
  • Provide commercial support to the fuel station client portfolio, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty;
  • Support the development and implementation of new products for strategic customers, in coordination with the Products area;
  • Prospect new retail customers to expand the portfolio and strengthen the company’s market presence;
  • Support the introduction of new retail products and services, ensuring internal targets are met.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Residence in Barra do Garças/MT, Querência/MT, or nearby regions;
  • Valid driver’s license (Category B);
  • Availability to travel;
  • Bachelor’s degree in commercial management, business administration, economics, marketing, or engineering (postgraduate degree is a plus);
  • Basic knowledge of Financial Mathematics;
  • Mobility and willingness to relocate;
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM;
  • Familiarity with SAP;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Commercial experience serving large/key accounts.
