About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute the commercial strategy by negotiating agreements based on market analysis to maximize profitability in the retail sales area;
- Conduct market surveys, identifying competitor actions to support the company’s strategic positioning;
- Identify customer profiles within the network of service stations to enable implementation of the retail strategy and rollout of franchises;
- Negotiate with customers for contract signings and/or renewals, ensuring expansion of the service station network;
- Apply commercial strategies and policies to maximize sales volume and margin, ensuring the best network performance;
- Monitor franchise performance and implement retail initiatives to boost revenue;
- Provide commercial service to the service station client portfolio, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty;
- Support the development and implementation of new products for strategic customers in coordination with the Product area;
- Prospect new retail customers to grow the portfolio and strengthen the company’s market presence;
- Support the launch and placement of new products and services in retail, ensuring internal targets are met.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Reside in Vitória da Conquista, BA or nearby areas;
- Valid driver’s license (CNH) Category B;
- Availability to travel;
- Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Management, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or Engineering (postgraduate degree is a plus);
- Basic knowledge of Financial Mathematics;
- Mobility and willingness to relocate;
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce CRM;
- Basic knowledge of SAP;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Commercial experience serving large/key accounts.
