About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Implement defined commercial strategies, ensuring execution of company policies and established terms and conditions;
  • Conduct structured client visits to strengthen relationships and identify business opportunities;
  • Prospect new clients, expanding the commercial portfolio in line with area guidelines;
  • Negotiate commercial terms within defined parameters, ensuring contract renewals and network expansion;
  • Monitor portfolio performance indicators, reporting results and opportunities for improvement;
  • Monitor franchise performance, recommending improvement actions according to area guidance;
  • Collect and analyze market information to support adjustments to commercial strategies;
  • Ensure customer records and contractual documentation are up to date, ensuring compliance with internal processes;
  • Support the implementation of new products and services as directed by the Product and Marketing teams;
  • Use digital tools and data intelligence to support negotiations and commercial decisions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Based in Rio de Janeiro, RJ, or surrounding areas;
  • Valid Brazilian driver’s license (CNH) – category B;
  • Willingness to travel;
  • Bachelor's degree in Commercial Management, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or Engineering;
  • Postgraduate degree is a plus;
  • Basic knowledge of financial mathematics;
  • Mobility and availability for relocation;
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM;
  • Basic knowledge of SAP;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite;
  • Commercial experience servicing large/key accounts.
