About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Control inventory, ensuring the reliability and accuracy of information;
  • Monitor incoming receipts, internal transfers, and outbound shipments for dispatch;
  • Ensure accuracy between physical stock and accounting records;
  • Perform and support cycle counts and full inventories;
  • Monitor at-risk inventory indicators and other area KPIs, supporting preventive and corrective actions;
  • Support management of stock flow for both company-owned and third-party inventory;
  • Follow up on discrepancies in product receipts that exceed contractual limits;
  • Monitor EM/EF reports (Goods Receipt / Invoice Entry);
  • Provide justifications for inventory variances;
  • Execute daily and monthly inventory closings;
  • Monitor process compliance and support report consolidation.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Economics, or related fields;
  • Knowledge of SAP HANA;
  • Intermediate English;
  • Microsoft Office suite, advanced Excel.
  • Desired profile:
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
  • Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills;
  • Teamwork;
  • Proactive attitude and sense of responsibility;
  • Availability for occasional travel.
