About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Control inventory, ensuring the reliability and accuracy of information;
Monitor incoming receipts, internal transfers, and outbound shipments for dispatch;
Ensure accuracy between physical stock and accounting records;
Perform and support cycle counts and full inventories;
Monitor at-risk inventory indicators and other area KPIs, supporting preventive and corrective actions;
Support management of stock flow for both company-owned and third-party inventory;
Follow up on discrepancies in product receipts that exceed contractual limits;
Monitor EM/EF reports (Goods Receipt / Invoice Entry);
Provide justifications for inventory variances;
Execute daily and monthly inventory closings;
Monitor process compliance and support report consolidation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Economics, or related fields;
Knowledge of SAP HANA;
Intermediate English;
Microsoft Office suite, advanced Excel.

Availability for occasional travel.
