About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Recording and posting tax invoices in general (purchases, returns, road and rail transfers, symbolic transactions, loans, internal consumption, etc.)
- Issuing service invoices
- Billing for variances in product receipts that exceed contractual limits
- Liaising with internal and external customers
- Supporting the department's administrative and operational routines
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent
- Microsoft Office suite with intermediate Excel skills
- Knowledge of SAP HANA
- Basic English
- Knowledge of VBA and Python
- Experience working with flammable products
- Experience recording tax invoices
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Proactivity and a strong sense of responsibility
