About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Cancel tax invoices related to billing, customer returns, or incorrect charges.
- Monitor sales and transfer schedules.
- Monitor the MDRIVER system (pending license plates, vehicle dwell times in the yard, and other indicators).
- Issue toll vouchers.
- Monitor collection of advance tax and ensure the paid receipt is delivered to the driver.
- Support inventory control and replenishment of supplies and maintenance in Self-Service Areas.
- Provide assistance to drivers.
- Edit spreadsheets, documents, charts and other materials using the available systems.
- Perform other related tasks.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Basic user experience with SAP/R3 is preferred.
