About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute the commercial strategy for the Agro segment, conducting negotiations and agreements based on market analyses to maximize the profitability of the portfolio and the sales area;
  • Conduct market analyses in agribusiness and monitor competitors, identifying opportunities and trends to support the company’s strategic positioning;
  • Identify customer profiles and needs within the Agro segment, ensuring correct application of commercial strategies and supporting network expansion and development;
  • Lead commercial negotiations with clients aimed at acquisition, renewal and contract expansion, ensuring sustainable portfolio growth;
  • Apply commercial policies and strategies focused on maximizing volume, margin and profitability, ensuring high-performance results;
  • Manage and develop the customer portfolio, providing consultative service, strengthening relationships and fostering loyalty;
  • Monitor customer and network performance, proposing and implementing actions that enhance results and revenue;
  • Work collaboratively with internal areas, supporting the development and implementation of new products and solutions for strategic clients;
  • Prospect new clients and business opportunities in the Agro market, expanding the company’s presence and market share;
  • Support the implementation and expansion of products and services in the market, ensuring alignment with commercial targets and the company’s strategies.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Management, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or Engineering (postgraduate degree is a plus);
  • Driving license (category B);
  • Availability to travel;
  • Basic knowledge of Financial Mathematics;
  • Mobility and willingness to relocate;
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM;
  • Familiarity with SAP;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Commercial experience serving major/key accounts.
