About the role
- Company Infrastructure Expansion: identify, evaluate, conduct studies, innovate, provide and implement engineering solutions in projects that expand Vibra's infrastructure and enable business growth;
- Continuity and Improvement of Operations: provide engineering solutions and implement projects that allow assets to operate at full capacity and/or improve their productivity over time;
- Company's Investment Plan: execute the projects selected by the company in the multi-year investment plan, delivering results through the benefits obtained from implementing this project portfolio;
- Innovation: implement best practices in engineering processes and innovate technical solutions, adding greater value to investments and increasing the business's competitiveness;
- Management of a broad portfolio that includes projects with different objectives, sizes, requirements, interdependencies, impacts and dispersed locations.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering;
- Experience in projects and/or construction in industrial facilities;
- Experience in contract management;
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint;
- Basic knowledge of other Office applications;
- Leadership and negotiation skills;
- Ability to work in a team, strong collaboration and communication skills;
- Ability to implement best practices in engineering processes;
- Analytical skills, holistic vision and decision-making ability;
- Differentials (Skills and requirements):
- Experience in the fuels sector;
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams;
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint;
- Knowledge of HSE (Health, Safety and Environment);
- Experience in portfolio management.
