About the role
- Support the management and monitoring of the area's projects, ensuring organization, deadline control and alignment among the involved stakeholders.
- Map, analyze and propose improvements to processes and workflows, with a focus on efficiency, standardization and customer experience.
- Identify opportunities for automation and digitization of processes, evaluating technological solutions that optimize activities and reduce operational effort.
- Support the structuring of new processes, including definition of responsibilities, documentation and key performance indicators.
- Prepare executive materials (presentations, reports and visual content) to support leadership and partners, translating complex information into clear and objective messages.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Process Management, Information Technology or related fields.
- Previous experience in project management or project monitoring (PMO) and process improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of process mapping and process review.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint for creating executive presentations.
- Knowledge of automation tools, data analysis or process digitization will be considered a plus.
- Experience with design tools or video creation (e.g., Canva) will be an advantage.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to evaluate processes and make data-driven decisions.
- Proactive and autonomous, able to identify improvement opportunities and drive initiatives.
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication and summarization skills, especially for interacting with leadership.
- Collaborative and influential, working integrally with different teams.
- Interest in technology, innovation and digital transformation.
