About the role
- Ensure retention, loyalty and growth of key accounts within the portfolio.
- Actively prospect new clients within the assigned geographic area.
- Implement Vibra's full value proposition in a structured manner, promoting integrated solutions.
- Use a consultative sales approach to identify customer needs and deliver sustainable business value.
- Contribute to achieving commercial targets, profitability and market share.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields.
- Valid driver's license (category B).
- Preferable experience in new business prospecting (hunter profile).
- Experience selling fuels, lubricants, chemicals and energy is a plus.
- Negotiation skills.
- Proactivity, autonomy, initiative and optimism.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with SAP and Salesforce.
