About the role

  • Financial and Budget Management
  • Control the IT budget, including expense forecasting, reviews, and variance analysis. Assist with the annual budget planning for the area. Produce periodic reports (monthly/semesters) with a consolidated view of expenses, savings, trends, and risks. Support consolidation and control of CAPEX and OPEX.
  • Payment Processes
  • Manage the full payment workflow for the IT area: invoice verification, service validation, opening payment tickets, and follow-up/resolution of discrepancies. Maintain relationships with vendors to align on billing, invoices, and inquiries. Coordinate with Procurement and Finance to ensure compliance with deadlines and internal policies.
  • Contract Management and Governance
  • Monitor the lifecycle of IT contracts (renewals, expirations, amendments, SLAs, compliance). Organize contract files, supplier history, and governance indicators. Track metrics, schedules, and deliverables related to governance. Support internal and external audits by providing evidence and documentation.
  • Administrative and Operational Support
  • Prepare executive presentations and management reports. Assist with general administrative processes (vendor registration, internal requests, access management, and meeting logistics). Monitor performance and governance indicators (SLA, KPI, KRI).

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of payment processes, invoice analysis, and budget control.
  • Familiarity with corporate systems (ERP, financial modules, contract management tools).
  • Proficiency in Excel and productivity tools (PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).
  • Strong analytical skills and organizational ability.
  • Ability to interact with multiple departments and vendors.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in controls.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple demands.
  • Ability to interface with technical teams, administrative areas, and vendors.
  • Proactive attitude and a sense of ownership.
  • Confidentiality and adherence to compliance and audit policies.
