About the role

  • Establish governance for the Marketing Cycle Plan, integrating actions and aligning them with the company’s strategy and results;
  • Collect and analyze data from marketing activities;
  • Identify patterns and trends;
  • Forecast future scenarios;
  • Design contingency plans in collaboration with other areas;
  • Guide the organization’s strategic decisions;
  • Monitor progress against established plans;
  • Evaluate the impact of implemented initiatives and make adjustments when necessary;
  • Design KPIs and assist with analysis, identifying deviations and developing action plans when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields;
  • Strong analytical ability;
  • Knowledge of quality tools and data analysis techniques;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Critical thinking;
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills;
  • Good interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required; familiarity with Tableau is desirable.
