About the role
- Establish governance for the Marketing Cycle Plan, integrating actions and aligning them with the company’s strategy and results;
- Collect and analyze data from marketing activities;
- Identify patterns and trends;
- Forecast future scenarios;
- Design contingency plans in collaboration with other areas;
- Guide the organization’s strategic decisions;
- Monitor progress against established plans;
- Evaluate the impact of implemented initiatives and make adjustments when necessary;
- Design KPIs and assist with analysis, identifying deviations and developing action plans when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields;
- Strong analytical ability;
- Knowledge of quality tools and data analysis techniques;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Critical thinking;
- Attention to detail and organizational skills;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required; familiarity with Tableau is desirable.
