About the role
- Conduct periodic assessments of corporate and operational risks;
- Support business areas in identifying new risk exposures, proposing mitigation plans and corrective actions;
- Prepare, review and consolidate risk matrices, ensuring alignment with the current management model;
- Monitor critical risks (KRIs) and support the implementation of risk-reduction initiatives;
- Support the implementation of preventive and protective controls, ensuring compliance with internal policies;
- Track the corporate action plan, ensuring deadlines, assigned owners and effectiveness of deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Accounting, Law, or related fields;
- Experience in risk management, internal controls, audit, compliance, or related areas;
- Knowledge of risk management frameworks (COSO, ISO 31000, Three Lines of Defense model);
- Experience in process mapping and control design;
- Analytical ability to assess risks, data and indicators;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Power BI.
