About the role

  • Conduct periodic assessments of corporate and operational risks;
  • Support business areas in identifying new risk exposures, proposing mitigation plans and corrective actions;
  • Prepare, review and consolidate risk matrices, ensuring alignment with the current management model;
  • Monitor critical risks (KRIs) and support the implementation of risk-reduction initiatives;
  • Support the implementation of preventive and protective controls, ensuring compliance with internal policies;
  • Track the corporate action plan, ensuring deadlines, assigned owners and effectiveness of deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Accounting, Law, or related fields;
  • Experience in risk management, internal controls, audit, compliance, or related areas;
  • Knowledge of risk management frameworks (COSO, ISO 31000, Three Lines of Defense model);
  • Experience in process mapping and control design;
  • Analytical ability to assess risks, data and indicators;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Power BI.
