About the role

  • Analyze managerial costing variances, ensuring visibility across the organization and proposing action plans.
  • Ensure proper governance of the costing process.
  • Explain variances across all managerial cost lines (replenishment) and accounting cost.
  • Assess opportunities to optimize costing, considering logistical, tax, and process aspects to deliver benefits to the company.
  • Support the commercial team and act as a partner to Pricing, Trading, and Operations, facilitating understanding and identifying opportunities to optimize processes and reduce costs.
  • Ensure the robustness and integrity of the costing system, enabling a greater focus on strategic analysis rather than operational tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • English proficiency desirable.
