About the role

  • Define, review and manage targets and performance indicators specific to digital channels;
  • Manage the business's financial targets and produce projections throughout the month to ensure achievement;
  • Manage contracts and ensure compliance with fiscal and regulatory policies;
  • Interact with external partners for technical and strategic alignment;
  • Develop reports in Power BI and Excel (VBA);
  • Define and collect metrics for daily reporting of key indicators; develop dashboards to reduce operational work;
  • Support and guide the data engineering team in data collection, processing and provisioning;
  • Increase the frequency of data updates to guide sales operations;
  • Define and utilize AI agents for analyzing the performance of channels and campaigns.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields;
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI;
  • Experience in digital commercial planning (knowledge of digital-specific KPIs);
  • Demonstrated technical proficiency with relevant tools;
  • Experience in Business Intelligence.
