About the role
- Assist in identifying training needs in partnership with leaders and other areas;
- Support the logistical organization of in-person and online trainings (invitations, attendance lists, materials, certificates, etc.);
- Update and maintain learning paths and content on the LMS platform;
- Track area indicators (participation, satisfaction, effectiveness, training hours);
- Provide support in the development of training materials, presentations and educational content;
- Assist with internal communication of L&D activities (campaigns, announcements, culture reinforcements);
- Record and monitor the annual training calendar;
- Support new hire onboarding processes;
- Contribute to monitoring the employee experience in development programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, People Management or related fields;
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint);
- Comfortable with digital platforms and interested in learning tools;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Organized with attention to detail;
- Proactive and eager to learn;
- Time management and organizational skills;
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team;
- Internal customer focus;
- Adaptability and openness to feedback.
