About the role

  • Execute the commercial strategy, making agreements based on market analysis to maximize the profitability of the retail sales area;
  • Conduct market research, identifying competitors' activities to support the company's strategic positioning;
  • Identify customer profiles within the Service Station Network, enabling application of the retail strategy and implementation of franchises;
  • Negotiate with customers aiming at contractual linkage and/or renewal, ensuring expansion of the station network;
  • Apply commercial strategies and policies to maximize sales volume and margin, ensuring optimal network performance;
  • Monitor franchise performance, implementing retail initiatives to increase revenue;
  • Provide commercial support to the Service Station Network customer portfolio, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty;
  • Support the development and implementation of new products for strategic clients, in coordination with the Product area;
  • Prospect new retail clients, expanding the portfolio and strengthening the company's market presence;
  • Support the rollout of new products and services in retail, ensuring internal targets are met.

Requirements

  • Reside in Petrópolis, Barra do Piraí, Três Rios or Valença (RJ).
  • Valid Category B driver's license (CNH);
  • Availability to travel;
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, Commercial Management, Business Administration, or Engineering (postgraduate degree is a plus);
  • Hunter profile for client prospecting;
  • Hands-on approach to task execution;
  • Ability to work in a team;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence;
  • Ability to work with complex systems and processes;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Basic knowledge of financial mathematics;
  • Mobility and availability to relocate.
  • Preferred:
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM
  • Familiarity with SAP
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in commercial sales serving large/key accounts.
