About the role

  • Execute DCVIM financial processes related to allocations from the annual R$ 1.3 billion budget.
  • Handle approximately 16,000 annual requests from the commercial area, composed of 270 Sales Executives, 30 Managers and 5 Regional Directors, supporting 7,800 Vibra stations.
  • Respond to internal requests via the system, ensuring full support for the commercial area.
  • Develop solutions for internal customers' issues, following required guidelines, procedures and documentation, and respecting approval limits and internal standards.
  • Ensure deadlines and satisfaction metrics are met.
  • Support legal proceedings by standardizing and compiling data and documents for contentious claims.
  • Prepare and send notices and counter-notices via email and the legal system, ensuring contract oversight and defending Vibra's interests.
  • Draft and register debt acknowledgment drafts and account reconciliation letters according to financial standards, ensuring effectiveness of commercial agreements.
  • Prepare equipment sale drafts, monitoring reports, and provide technical parameters together with Engineering to meet targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Engineering or related fields.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial processes, preferably with contract management.
  • Basic English.
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) at an intermediate level.
