About the role

  • Maintenance, updating and optimization of the B2B database;
  • Ensure the quality and integrity of data used in analyses;
  • Integration with platforms and teams;
  • Integrate segmentations and models into CRM and marketing automation platforms;
  • Collaborate with areas such as Product, Sales, Innovation and others to ensure efficient execution of strategies;
  • Participate in multidisciplinary squads focused on data-driven growth;
  • Data governance and efficiency;
  • Ensure compliance with governance and data privacy policies (e.g., LGPD - Brazilian General Data Protection Law);
  • CRM and relationship strategy;
  • Support the development and evolution of the CRM strategy, focusing on personalization, relevance and communication efficiency;
  • Define target audiences and relationship journeys based on behavioral, transactional and demographic data;
  • Identify opportunities for monetization, retention and customer reactivation;
  • Performance analysis and segmentation;
  • Evaluate the performance of campaigns and relationship initiatives using KPIs such as conversion, engagement, LTV and others;
  • Conduct A/B tests and statistical analyses to validate hypotheses and optimize strategies;
  • Develop dynamic segmentations and customer clusters based on behavior and value.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (completed);
  • Extensive experience with SQL Server databases;
  • Advanced Excel;
  • PowerPoint (advanced or professional level)
  • Desired knowledge in:
  • Programming in Python
  • Alteryx
  • Tableau dashboard development
  • Power BI dashboard development
