About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the full lifecycle of executive dinners, from venue research through on-the-night delivery
  • Build a curated network of venues, restaurants, and private dining contacts across key US markets
  • Match client tier to experience, from an intimate dinner to a full activation, with the Sales team
  • Partner on invitee targeting to get the right guests into the right room
  • Create a client gifting program tailored to relationship stage and account tier
  • Design hospitality touch points at trade shows, including booth lounges and hosted happy hours
  • Source F&B, décor, and logistics vendors across multiple destinations at a consistent standard
  • Keep every touchpoint on brand, from the atmosphere down to the smallest detail
  • Coordinate on the logistics handoff so hospitality and operations run in sync
  • Track spend against budget across every activation, flagging variances as they emerge
  • Report on ROI after each experience to sharpen the next one
  • Negotiate directly with venues, caterers, and suppliers to protect quality at the best price
  • Build vendor relationships that earn Vibe preferred rates and priority access

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5 years in hospitality, luxury client experience, or event production, with high-end experiences delivered end to end
  • A track record of designing a memorable experience from scratch — not just executing a known format well
  • Deep knowledge of the US private events and VIP experience landscape — dinners, activations, bespoke experiences — especially New York and Las Vegas
  • Experience working alongside sales or account teams on client entertainment, with the professionalism to represent Vibe with prospects and clients
  • Vendor negotiation skills backed by existing supplier relationships in key cities
  • Comfort building process from scratch rather than waiting for one to exist
  • Willingness to travel for key activations and dinners.
