Regional Account Manager
VIAVI SolutionsAccount Manager focusing on sales within Tier III Accounts for VIAVI, a leader in network solutions. Collaborating to define solutions and manage customer processes with a hybrid channel environment.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Sales will be focused on VIAVI’s Tier III Accounts District and associated customers using existing and underdevelopment, VIAVI Fiber, Metro, and CIVT products.
- Management of a hybrid channel environment where direction is given to Rep and Distribution partners.
- Working directly with Tier III Customers, Manufacturing Reps and Channel Partners to drive the overall sales strategy within a given geography to meet revenue growth objectives.
- Providing close support to our customers throughout the entire life-cycle of our products, and aligning Viavi solutions with customer’s needs to achieve business metrics and KPIs.
- Collaborating with Business unit Product marketing and Engineering resources to define solutions that solve customer needs and manage customer process for acquisition.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor of Science in related disciplines such as Technology, Engineering, Business
- 1-3 years of professional sales experience
- Strong process orientation (negotiation, sales, project implementation, multi-tasking time management, etc.)
- Track record of success in selling leading edge solutions into complex accounts (hunting or farming at either mid-tier or large accounts) is desired
- Team player with collaborative approach to drive complex teams (Client and Viavi stakeholders) toward mutual goals
- Willingness and desire to travel 51-75%
