Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborates with commercial teams to optimize pricing, product portfolio and product profitability
Lead bid strategies, develop cost proposals, and negotiate contract terms
Builds and manages robust financial models, portfolio analytics and dashboards
Prepares, analyzes, and presents financial performance reports to the Board
Mentors and manages the finance team, fostering accountability and accuracy
Leads annual budgeting, long-range planning, and monthly/quarterly forecasting of revenue and expenses
Identifies trends and performance drivers vs. budgets and evaluates low margin products

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably a major in accounting or Finance
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
Excellent financial and business analysis, systems skills
Advanced proficiency in Excel
Familiarity with Oracle/SAP, Hyperion Planning, Essbase, MS Access desirable
