About the role

  • report to the Manager of Regional Business Operations
  • support the Regional Vice President of Sales in the Americas
  • focus on sales tools, processes, reporting and analytics
  • responsible supporting forecasting, the AOP process and quota planning
  • creating and managing complex Excel models and reports
  • providing reports on a daily/weekly/monthly and ad-hoc basis
  • responsible for Sales Order mapping and splits in Tableau
  • participate in Estaff Forecast review calls
  • provide support to Sales team for MS Dynamics, Tableau, Anaplan
  • track and follow up on actions from key meetings

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science or related fields
  • Over 5 years’ experience in Sales Operations
  • Over 2 years’ experience with CRM for sales pipeline/funnel management
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with Business Intelligence reporting tools (Tableau, PowerBI)
  • Demonstrated experience using data to inform business decisions
  • Proven project management experience
  • Being proactive, able to work independently without direct supervision
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Great communication skills in English (at least C2 Cambridge level)
