About the role
- Monitor and support US Women’s Health MSL team member performance
- Engage non-promotional, truthful communications with KOLs/HCPs
- Provide day-to-day support & direction for normal business activities
- Develop MSL Team members and engage in non-promotional stakeholder engagement plans
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech or clinical industry
- Advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) required
- Experience in OB/GYN required
- Experience managing people required
- Knowledge of the US Women’s Health Medical Science Liaison (MSL) Team Lead roles and responsibilities
- Strong analytic and organizational skills
