About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You will work directly with the CEO on the company’s top priorities. Your focus: execution.
Strategic clarity: You translate the company strategy into clear priorities, ownership, and measurable outcomes.
Speed of decision-making: You build an operating system and run it so that fast, high-quality decisions and execution are possible across the company.
C-level alignment & accountability: You unite stakeholders around shared priorities, create accountability, and resolve cross-functional conflicts before they become bottlenecks.
Cross-functional execution: You lead initiatives that don’t clearly sit within a single function and ensure key company priorities are implemented across Product, GTM and Operations.
AI transformation: You ensure vialytics’ AI transformation is delivered and generates real, measurable business impact.
Company operating system: You develop and refine our management processes, operating cadences, decision frameworks and transparency mechanisms so the company can scale cleanly.
CEO leverage: You take ownership of critical, company-wide topics, drive decisions to completion, and ensure the CEO does not become a bottleneck.

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of experience in high-growth SaaS, tech or scale-up environments, ideally in Series B+ companies.
You have worked closely with founders, CEOs or executive teams — e.g., as Chief of Staff, Founder’s Associate, in Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, or in top-tier consulting.
You have successfully led complex, cross-functional initiatives and delivered measurable business impact.
You have built or scaled company-wide operating systems such as OKRs, planning processes, executive reviews or management cadences.
You are able to create alignment, drive accountability and influence senior stakeholders without relying on formal authority.
You combine strategic thinking with strong execution and a clear bias for action.
You are comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments with substantial ambiguity, change and ambitious targets.
You communicate clearly, directly and persuasively with stakeholders at all levels.
You are fluent in spoken and written English and German.
