About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and own the platform product roadmap, aligning it with business objectives and technology strategy
Identify opportunities to improve platform scalability, reliability, security, and developer experience
Prioritize platform investments based on business value, engineering requirements, and customer outcomes
Drive the long-term platform vision while supporting near-term product delivery priorities
Translate business and technical requirements into product requirements and user stories
Manage and prioritize the platform backlog for Agile delivery across engineering teams
Coordinate cross-team dependencies and proactively manage delivery risks and trade-offs
Monitor platform performance and improve platform capabilities based on feedback and business needs
Lead the evolution of shared platform capabilities, including APIs and integrations, identity and access management, workflow orchestration, data services and analytics, developer tooling, platform services, and AI-enabled capabilities
Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Security, Operations, and Product teams to deliver platform initiatives
Build stakeholder alignment and drive platform adoption throughout the organisation
Communicate platform strategy, priorities, and outcomes to technical and non-technical audiences
Deliver scalable, secure, and reliable platform capabilities
Increase adoption of shared platform services and engineering standards across product teams
Balance strategic platform investments with evolving business priorities
Improve developer productivity and accelerate delivery across Vialto's technology landscape
Enable continued development of AI-powered solutions that enhance customer experience

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline
Minimum of five years' experience in Product Management within software, platform, or enterprise technology environments
Proven experience working closely with engineering teams to deliver technical products and shared platform services
Strong understanding of APIs, cloud technologies, integrations, and modern software development practices
Experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, and cross-functional priorities
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working within Agile delivery environments
Preferred: experience managing platform products, developer platforms, or shared technology services
Preferred: familiarity with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native technologies
Preferred: experience supporting AI-enabled products, automation, or intelligent services
Preferred: experience working within enterprise software or regulated environments
Preferred: MBA or master's degree
