Requirements

What you’ll need

8–12+ years of experience in events, experiential marketing, or related fields
Strong executive stakeholder management experience in a matrixed organization
Proven ability to manage budgets and make strategic investment decisions
Excellent communication skills, including hands-on content creation across event websites, email campaigns, and conference materials
Willingness and ability to travel as needed to support on-site event execution
Experience working with external agencies and vendors
Experience in professional services, B2B, or global organizations
Experience with flagship and executive-level events
Familiarity with event performance measurement and ROI frameworks
