About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the delivery of U.S. tax compliance and planning services to globally mobile individuals and families
  • Lead day-to-day client delivery for complex HNWI tax engagements with international components
  • Prepare and review U.S. tax returns and international information reporting (Forms 8938, 3520, 5471, etc.)
  • Conduct technical research and provide tax planning on topics such as trust taxation, foreign investment structuring, and expatriation
  • Mentor and supervise junior team members, ensuring work quality and timely delivery
  • Collaborate with global colleagues across time zones and jurisdictions
  • Drive operational excellence across client engagements, including planning, budgeting, and workflow coordination

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • CPA, EA, or JD required; MST or LLM a plus
  • 6–8 years of U.S. private client tax experience, ideally with cross-border exposure
  • Strong understanding of U.S. international individual tax, trusts, and estate/gift rules
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects, review technical work, and interact with clients
  • Eagerness to grow technically and contribute to practice-building initiatives
