Relationship Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Central point of contact for clients (contracting parties)
- Management of an assigned client portfolio
- Responsibility for appointment-setting and sales projects

- Conducting regular reviews
- Organizing and conducting client visits
- Acting as emergency contact for all relevant client matters
- Project & process ownership
- Steering and monitoring ongoing projects
- Ensuring smooth project execution and successful delivery
- Responsibility as process manager for client-specific workflows
- Budget & revenue responsibility
- Accountability for budgets and the financial success of client projects
- Responsibility for invoicing and monitoring financial KPIs
- Growth & client development
- Identifying and implementing up- and cross-selling opportunities
- Actively managing client development to increase revenue
- Developing strategic account plans
- Churn management
- Early detection of risks in the client relationship
- Proactive measures for client retention and churn prevention
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong sales skills and confident negotiation abilities
- Strategic and analytical thinking with a strong numerical understanding
- Structured and professional working style
- High degree of personal responsibility and decisiveness
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in Account Management, Relationship Management or Sales
- Confident appearance in front of clients
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and set priorities
