About the role

  • Work in a small group living environment serving adults living with co-occurring mental illness & substance use disorders.
  • Be a supportive, therapeutic presence and assist in the daily operations of the residence.
  • Accompany residents to activities/appointments.
  • Become trained to administer medications.
  • Excellent training provided in Dual Diagnosis and Trauma Informed Care.

Requirements

  • High School/GED or HiSET plus 1 year related experience and/or training.
  • One year supervisory or human service experience desired.
  • Knowledge of and respect for diverse populations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented, and have solid time management skills.
