About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Holistic management and ownership of the subcontractor process from selection to award, including qualification, deployment capability and contract management
- Preparation, review and negotiation of work and framework agreements as well as purchase orders in SAP in close coordination with our Business Units
- Conducting price negotiations and identifying and realizing cost-saving and optimization potentials
- Ensuring audit-proof contract and purchasing processes and compliance with quality, safety and regulatory requirements
- Key user for the contract management system and preparation of reports and analyses
- Optimization and digitization of procurement processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification; alternatively a commercial apprenticeship with relevant professional experience
- Professional experience in procurement, ideally in a project-based or technical environment
- Confident use of SAP in purchasing and ordering processes
- Technical understanding and an affinity for digital processes and systems
- Strong communication skills and an independent, structured and meticulous working style with a hands-on mentality
- Good commercial awareness as well as a pronounced sense of quality and compliance
