About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Independently manage the technical and commercial execution of projects in electrical infrastructure — particularly in relation to the decommissioning of nuclear facilities
Plan and implement plant modifications and decommissioning of electrical systems at client sites, including project controlling and maintaining collaboration with clients and suppliers
Prepare work and approvals within electrical operations as part of plant management
Perform technical inspections of systems and handle and maintain technical documentation in accordance with customer requirements, legal regulations, standards and guidelines
Prepare cost estimates and proposals for electrical engineering projects
Participate in interdisciplinary project teams with responsibility for scheduling and project coordination
Design electrical installations at voltage levels up to 1 kV

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed training as an electrician with further qualifications as a technician or master craftsman in electrical engineering, or a university degree in electrical engineering
Ideally experienced with CAD applications such as AutoCAD, Visio, EPLAN, Bentley MicroStation V8 or RUPLAN
Confident user of MS Office programs and able to work independently and in a structured manner while collaborating with remote teams
Good German language skills, both written and spoken
Valid Class B driving licence
