About the role

  • Serve as the lead commercial partner for enterprise wellness clients, engaging directly with payers, providers, and other key stakeholders
  • Drive expansion revenue via POC conversions, upsells, cross-sells, and renewals to meet NRR goals
  • Be primary commercial relationship owner for senior stakeholders including VP and C-suite executives
  • Collaborate closely with Vi’s Client Performance (CP) team to align execution with commercial strategy
  • Independently manage renewals and expansions of $500K+ ARR contracts
  • Develop a playbook for commercial strategy within the wellness vertical to shape go-to-market approach
  • Leverage performance data to craft data-driven storytelling for senior stakeholders
  • Lead and develop team members while owning and driving growth in assigned accounts

Requirements

  • Proven ability to independently renew and expand contracts of $500K+ ARR
  • Experience converting Proof of Concepts (POCs) and driving upsells and cross-sells
  • Strong understanding of the wellness industry (nice to have)
  • Strategic marketing & omnichannel expertise
  • Experience advising on CRM or call center integration (plus)
  • Consultative approach; consulting experience is a plus
  • Experience engaging directly with VP/C-level stakeholders at enterprise customers
  • Demonstrated ability to influence internal and external teams (high IQ & EQ)
  • Startup DNA: strategic, creative, consultative, entrepreneurial
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex challenges
  • Proven ability to lead a team and develop team members (player/coach mentality)
