About the role
- Serve as the lead commercial partner for enterprise wellness clients, engaging directly with payers, providers, and other key stakeholders
- Drive expansion revenue via POC conversions, upsells, cross-sells, and renewals to meet NRR goals
- Be primary commercial relationship owner for senior stakeholders including VP and C-suite executives
- Collaborate closely with Vi’s Client Performance (CP) team to align execution with commercial strategy
- Independently manage renewals and expansions of $500K+ ARR contracts
- Develop a playbook for commercial strategy within the wellness vertical to shape go-to-market approach
- Leverage performance data to craft data-driven storytelling for senior stakeholders
- Lead and develop team members while owning and driving growth in assigned accounts
Requirements
- Proven ability to independently renew and expand contracts of $500K+ ARR
- Experience converting Proof of Concepts (POCs) and driving upsells and cross-sells
- Strong understanding of the wellness industry (nice to have)
- Strategic marketing & omnichannel expertise
- Experience advising on CRM or call center integration (plus)
- Consultative approach; consulting experience is a plus
- Experience engaging directly with VP/C-level stakeholders at enterprise customers
- Demonstrated ability to influence internal and external teams (high IQ & EQ)
- Startup DNA: strategic, creative, consultative, entrepreneurial
- Problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex challenges
- Proven ability to lead a team and develop team members (player/coach mentality)
