About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Digitalization of district, city and municipal administrations in collaboration with your project team
  • Analyze and optimize processes related to our financial software and the associated functional departments
  • Process and organizational consulting in close collaboration with our clients and partners
  • Training of end users after software implementation
  • Comprehensive, practice-oriented onboarding by a dedicated mentor, including seminars, webinars, qualified in-house training and conferences
  • Team-oriented culture and an independent area of responsibility

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Successfully completed degree in Business Informatics, Public Administration or Economics, or vocational training as a public administration specialist (m/f/d)
  • Basic knowledge of accounting is desirable
  • Passion for IT and enthusiasm for consulting
  • Experience in project management (ideally through internships or student assistant roles)
  • Desire for continuous professional development and lifelong learning
  • Independent working style, strong self-motivation and organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel regionally
  • Very good written and spoken German
