Develop modern ERP solutions based on Microsoft Business Central
Work closely with product management, evaluating requirements

Support the entire lifecycle: from the initial idea through refactoring to quality assurance
Create clarity through clear documentation and support the implementation of architectural standards
Actively contribute in the Scrum team, make technical decisions and help shape the ERP roadmap
Central role as technical lead and professional supervision of the development team in Romania

Requirements

Degree in IT, vocational training as an IT specialist, or equivalent qualification, plus experience designing complex systems
Solid programming skills—ideally in Microsoft Business Central, ERP logic, and relational databases
Ability to structure complex requirements clearly and maintain long-term system health
Open communication within the team and convincing presentation of technical decisions to various stakeholders
Structured, solution-oriented working style, including an understanding of the balance between perfect architecture and pragmatic solutions
Confident communication in German and English—both in discussions and documentation
Experience in technical leadership or willingness to take on a lead role and support an international team
