About the role
- You develop marketing strategies and initiatives for topics related to IT and business applications and implement them independently — including topics from the SAP and ERP space.
- Together with the responsible business units, you plan customer‑oriented journeys that accompany our target groups across all touchpoints.
- You create relevant and effective content for the website, social media, e‑mail campaigns, webinars and events — always with a focus on lead generation and clear audience targeting.
- You design and produce various content formats that optimally support our corporate and product strategy.
- You coordinate between internal stakeholders, corporate marketing, sales and technical experts to ensure consistent communication.
- Evaluating, analysing and optimising your marketing activities are also part of your responsibilities.
- You create and design persuasive presentations as well as content for internal communications.
- You organise and coordinate external events — from preparation through execution to follow‑up.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing/Communications or a comparable qualification
- Several years of marketing experience in the IT environment / with digital business applications
- Very good understanding of software solutions, IT services and B2B technology (ideally familiar with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics or Oracle)
- Experience with integrated B2B campaigns
- Confident user of Office and common CRM/marketing tools
- Fluent in German and English
- Service‑oriented, organised, independent and a team player
