About the role

  • Advising on and supervising overhead line construction projects — particularly during assembly and disassembly work, stringing/tensioning operations and special projects.
  • Providing technical support to site and project management for complex projects during the execution phase.
  • Preparing and contributing to technical concepts such as crossing protection, stringing/tensioning and earthing/grounding concepts.
  • Conducting project/site inspections and developing technical concepts as part of tendering/bidding processes.
  • Participating in innovation projects and planning and organizing pilot trials.
  • Temporarily taking on leadership responsibilities, e.g., in the event of short-notice absences of site or project managers.

Requirements

  • Completed technical qualification (e.g., Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Engineering or similar).
  • Several years of experience in site/project management, ideally in infrastructure, energy or power-line construction.
  • Strong technical understanding and excellent advisory skills.
  • Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style.
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • Willingness to travel within Germany, and possibly internationally.
