About the role

  • Analyze existing processes and develop efficient process structures
  • Manage and support projects from planning through implementation
  • Create and analyze project metrics to support transparent, data-driven project management
  • Work closely with various departments to align operational insights with strategic requirements

Requirements

  • Degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable technical-economic discipline
  • Professional experience in process management, project controlling, or a technical project environment
  • Analytical understanding of process interrelationships and a passion for questioning operational procedures and developing them strategically
  • Strong affinity for numbers and tools, particularly Microsoft Office and common project management and analysis tools (Power BI, Power Query)
  • Very good German language skills (at least C1 required)
