About the role

  • Implement and configure IT systems: You build and configure IT systems and integrate their components into complex network and client-server systems.
  • User consulting: You advise users on selecting and using the appropriate hardware and software.
  • User helpdesk support: You respond to support requests and resolve application and system issues using a variety of troubleshooting techniques and tools.
  • Administration and monitoring: You administer and monitor IT systems and mobile devices.
  • Team member: From day one you'll be a full member of a young, fast-growing team with flat hierarchies.

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed your Realschule diploma or a (technical) higher-education entrance qualification (Fachabitur/Abitur).
  • Perhaps you've realized that university study is too far removed from practical work.
  • You are a "digital native", hold a driver's license, have strong computer skills, and an interest in programming languages and databases.
  • You are communicative and team-oriented.
  • You have perseverance and a quick ability to grasp new information.
  • You are eager to learn, take initiative, and are reliable.
  • You have good English skills and logical thinking ability.
