About the role

Requirements

  • University degree with above-average results in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering, with a focus on Controlling/Finance.
  • Initial practical experience through internships, working student positions, or a commercial apprenticeship is an advantage.
  • Willingness to quickly and independently learn new subject areas.
  • High motivation to learn and perform.
  • Strong communication skills and social competence.
  • Confident presence and the ability to act independently and entrepreneurially.
  • Practical mindset and willingness to spend time on construction sites.
  • Good eye for organizational and commercial interrelationships.
  • Business-fluent German (C1).
  • Good command of English.
  • Good MS Office skills.
  • Initial experience with SAP and Power BI is an advantage.
  • Driving licence class B.
  • Willingness to travel within Germany and, depending on assignment, to other European countries during the trainee period.
