About the role
- Development and enhancement of modern software solutions for process industry equipment
- Planning, programming and commissioning of control and automation systems
- Conducting system tests, simulations and fault analyses
- Documenting software solutions and supporting project execution
- Collaborating within an interdisciplinary team
Requirements
- Degree in Automation Engineering or Electrical Engineering, or a completed technician qualification in a related discipline
- Professional experience in the phases of an automation project (proposal preparation, implementation, commissioning)
- Knowledge of automation technologies (e.g., PLC programming, IoT, industrial control systems, SCADA systems, process control systems (PLS), TIA and WinCC)
- Independent and structured working style
- Customer- and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a team
- Strong communication skills to explain automation solutions clearly
- Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Valid driving license (class B)
