About the role

  • Independently perform payroll and salary processing, including reporting and certification obligations
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees, social insurance carriers, and authorities on payroll tax and social security law matters
  • Post-process and reconcile the monthly payroll
  • Prepare, process, and forward various reports and analyses
  • Actively support and participate in specific HR topics and projects

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification
  • Solid knowledge of payroll tax and social security law
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Ideally, experience with SAP or a common payroll system (e.g., DATEV)
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Fluent German language skills
