About the role

  • Advise on and oversee overhead line construction projects — particularly during assembly and dismantling activities, stringing/pulling operations, and special projects.
  • Provide technical support to site and project management for complex assignments during the execution phase.
  • Prepare and contribute to technical concepts, such as crossing protection, stringing/pulling plans, or grounding/earthing concepts.
  • Conduct project site inspections and develop technical concepts as part of tendering/bidding processes.
  • Contribute to innovation projects and plan and organize pilot tests.
  • Temporarily assume leadership responsibilities, e.g., in the event of short-term absence of site or project managers.

Requirements

  • Completed technical qualification (e.g., Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a comparable discipline)
  • Several years of experience in construction/site management, ideally in infrastructure, energy, or line/transmission construction
  • Strong technical understanding and excellent advisory competence
  • Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Willingness to travel within Germany, and possibly internationally
