About the role

  • Participation in diverse IT projects, from gathering business requirements and project management to technical implementation/implementation
  • Ensuring compliance with company-wide IT governance when introducing new software solutions
  • Testing new systems and system components and responsibility for regular updates
  • Customizing and documenting functional enhancements of deployed systems
  • Handling incident reports in 2nd-level support
  • Coordinating necessary system adjustments with external IT service providers.

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training (e.g., IT specialist/Fachinformatiker) or a university degree in computer science
  • Several years of professional experience in the IT field
  • Experience with DMS (Document Management) systems
  • Exposure to SQL is desirable
  • Practical experience with .NET and C#
  • Willingness to work with new systems and programming languages.
