About the role

  • Advising on and supervising overhead line construction projects – in particular during installation and dismantling work, stringing operations and special projects.
  • Providing technical support to site and project management for complex projects during the execution phase.
  • Preparing and contributing to technical concepts such as crossing protection, stringing and grounding concepts.
  • Conducting project site inspections and developing technical concepts as part of tender/bid processes.
  • Participating in innovation projects and planning and organizing pilot tests.
  • Temporarily assuming leadership responsibilities, e.g. in the event of short-notice absence of site or project managers.

Requirements

  • Completed technical education (e.g. Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Technology or equivalent)
  • Several years of experience in construction/site management, ideally in infrastructure, energy or line construction
  • Strong technical understanding and high advisory competence
  • Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Willingness to travel within Germany, and possibly internationally
