About the role
- Independent execution of payroll processing, including reporting and certification procedures
- Point of contact for employees, social security institutions and authorities on payroll tax and social security law matters
- Follow-up processing of the monthly payroll
- Preparation, processing and distribution of various payroll reports
- Active support and participation in specific HR topics and projects
Requirements
- Successfully completed commercial/business-related vocational training or equivalent qualification
- Solid knowledge of payroll tax and social security law
- Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Ideally experience with SAP or a common payroll system (e.g., DATEV)
- Independent and structured working style
- Fluent German language skills
