About the role

  • Sourcing and execution of projects in the areas of thermal, cooling, acoustic and fire protection
  • Responsibility for project leadership and management of project and construction-site teams
  • Technical consulting for our clients in the process industry and building services (HVAC)
  • Sourcing and securing tender opportunities
  • Cost estimation and preparation of proposals
  • Preparation of specifications (bill of quantities) and planning documents
  • Ensuring compliance with all technical, scheduling and financial objectives
  • Preparation of measurements and project documentation
  • Negotiation, awarding and coordination of materials and subcontractor services
  • Project tracking and follow-up

Requirements

  • Degree in engineering or training as a technician, or master-craftsman certification in a trade
  • Experience in construction project management, including project controlling, is desirable
  • Experience in technical sales and commercial/business knowledge are an advantage
  • Strong cost-awareness and a sales-oriented mindset
  • Confident demeanor with strong communication skills and verbal fluency in client interactions
  • Independent, reliable working style and strong problem-solving ability
  • Sociable and outgoing personality with a pronounced team spirit
