About the role

  • Implement and configure IT systems: You build and configure IT systems and integrate their components into complex network and client–server environments.
  • User consulting: You advise users on selecting and deploying the appropriate hardware and software.
  • Support in the user helpdesk: You respond to support requests and resolve application and system issues using various troubleshooting techniques and tools.
  • Administration and monitoring: You administer and monitor IT systems and mobile devices.
  • Team member: From day one you are a full member of a young, fast-growing team with flat hierarchies.

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed a Realschulabschluss or a (Fach-)Abitur.
  • You may have decided that academic study is too theory-focused for you.
  • You are a “Digital Native,” hold a driver’s license, and have solid computer skills as well as an interest in programming languages and databases.
  • You are communicative and team-oriented.
  • You have perseverance and a quick grasp of new topics.
  • You are highly motivated to learn, show initiative, and are reliable.
  • You have good English skills and strong logical thinking ability.
